VERTEX cookware has been designed and constructed with the finest quality materials to last and is covered against manufacturer’s defects for 25 years.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to, overheating, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, or improper cleaning. Changes to appearance over time are normal, cosmetic blemishes or surface imperfections should not affect the performance and are not covered under our 25-year warranty. Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product, along with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from Ocean Sales Group Ltd.. Commercial or restaurant use is not covered under this warranty.
Ocean Sales Group Ltd. will replace any damaged products covered by the warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

The pans are pretty good. They are not as non-stick as they make it seem, even cooking on low heat with properly seasoned and oiled pans.
My medium pan is already scratched from use. Seems like they are not as safe for metal utensils as they claim.
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. I just wish they didn’t scratch so easy.

I am very sceptical when it comes to buying something at any home shows but let me tell you , this cookware is the best! I love my cast iron so it was very hard to convince me to change but I’m glad I bought this cookware! Thank you

I am not one easily swayed by a demonstration at a home and garden show, but the absolute quality of this cookware was so amazing and the package price including the Wok was too good to pass up. The unboxing was such a huge surprise to find individual bags for each item included, and the large pan lid works with the Wok. I haven't had them but 1 week and already they have cooked amazingly well. I'm extremely happy with my pans. Thank you so much.
