Delivery Methods, Standards and Dates
Ocean Sales Group Ltd. uses FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post for shipments within Canada. Signature verification of delivery may be required for high-ticket items. Our expedited service methods provide an estimated arrival of 3-12 business days (for most locations) from the date of dispatch. Ocean Sales Group Ltd. endeavors to fulfill online orders within 1-3 business days of receipt.
USA CUSTOMERS: Effective February 1, 2025, products Made in China, and shipped from Canada to your USA address will be subject to Duty/Brokerage and additional fees until Tariffs potentially change. This is due to new orders implemented for imported Products Made in China effective February 1, 2025. Products made with stainless steel and/or aluminum, among other products, may also be subject to tariffs and duties, based on evolving tariffs for items entering the USA.

ORDER PICK-UP: For those living in the Calgary, AB area, pick-up at our Calgary location can be arranged by visiting us during business hours, post receiving your "ready for pick-up" email notification. We endeavour to have pickup orders ready within 24 hours (not including weekends as we are closed).
Free Shipping Offers: Free shipping applies to shipping within Canada, but does not include the three Canadian Northern Territories. For our American customers, please order via oceansales.us. Shipping will be processed via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. Free shipping automatically applies to purchases over CAD$75 before tax. Orders will be shipped, upon receipt of a complete paid order, within an estimated 2-4 business days.
Return/Refund Policy: All Ocean Sales Group Ltd. products which have been purchased online have a 30-day risk-free trial period. Within 30 days of purchase, the product may be returned, with your receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. Purchasers shall incur the cost for shipping the item(s) to our office(s).
