Care & FAQ's

  • My steam mop is not making steam but I can hear the motor.
    Chances are this is an air bubble in the lines. Tap the mop firmly on the floor a few times to get it steaming again.
  • My mop is still not steaming.
    Try running a bit of vinegar through your mop. There may be a mineral build-up from your tap water.
  • My mop has been damaged but it is outside of warranty. Do you offer a repair service?

this thing slaps!

We've only had it for a couple days, but it's cleaned the floor, Which it did very well. and i'm most happy that I used the Steam Clean JR to clean my Computer's Mousepad and keyboard wrist pad. and they look cleaner then ever! i used to put them in the washer, and the mousepad never really fit well. But they are clean and look shiny new. the floors looks wicked clean, the bathroom is also cleaned very well with the Steam Clean JR. they are both awesome products. glad my GF talked me into buying one at the Prince George Home and Garden show.

LOVE IT SO MUCH

Saw the demo for this steam mop at the reno show this past weekend, i was impressed and brought one home. I have had it for a few days now, worked great on my vinyl flooring and my ceramic tile, no more slipping on wet tile because it drys so fast! Used on my hall runner(its got a heavy rubber backing cant go in my washer) and it got rid of the wet dog smell! Used it on my mattress, easy to do, you can remove handle, we slept better knowing we steam cleaned it! Ordered one for my mom today, she will love how fast it drys! Love it.
