  • I just purchased this unit and the motor is making a loud knocking sound.
    Did you remember to take the safety mechanism out of the back of the unit? There is an Allen Key provided and the safety is located at the base on the back of the unit.
  • My adapter was damaged or I lost my adapter.
    Contact our office directly to order.
  • My unit turns off and will not turn back on.
    The Quattromed III has a timer and will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of use. If the unit has run through a full cycle and will not turn back on or, will only turn on for a short while, the motor may be overheating. Check that the motor has some airflow to allow the unit to cool. Once the unit has cooled, it will restart without a problem.

Kneading function

We bought one at the fair in Oklahoma City and with in 6 weeks the kneading function quit working, along with the timing function, it would only run for about 5 min before shutting off no matter what we set it on. Very dissatisfied with this product. We lost the box with all the warranty stuff in it, so we were just out the $300. Advice- never buy anything at the fair, it is a ripoff!

Wish I would have bought one

I tried these at a Holiday Show in KCMO and wish I would have bought one at show price.

We bought this to replace one we bought several years ago that had quit working. Overall the new one is about the same as far as the massage however I liked the options on the controls of the first one we purchased. It had options for full back, upper or lower as well as you could set it at any point for spot massage. The new one does not have the spot massage option which I really miss for sore spots. It is a good massage chair pad over all. The first one we purchased lasted along time and we were very happy with it. Hopefully this one will last like our first one.

I was at the Toronto Home Show and tried out probably 8 different massage chairs. Not only was this the most economical, it was also the perfect amount of pressure and in all the right places. Some of the others were either too wimpy or too pokey -- in the words of Goldilocks, this one was juuuuust riiiiiight! I liked that it could be plugged into the car (though I'm not sure driving with this on is a great idea!) and was portable. I've been very very happy with it, and it's likely paid for itself in just a few months because I'm going to the massage therapist less frequently.
