  • My iron no longer goes up and down when I put my hand on it.
    At the back of the iron, below the cord, you will find an on/off switch for the Auto-Lift system. While the iron is plugged in, turn the switch on and off 5-6 times consecutively. This will reset the iron and allow the function to once again work as expected.
  • My iron is emitting a brown or white substance.
    Most likely, this is a result of mineral deposits in the iron. To remove any build-up, place approximately 1 tablespoon of vinegar inside the water tank. Use a small amount of water to dilute the solution (about 1/3 cup). Press the puff of steam button to get the vinegar solution into the iron. Turn the unit off and unplug it. Allow the solution to sit inside the iron for about one hour. Turn the iron back on and allow it to heat up. Steam this solution through the iron by turning the steam selector switch completely to the left and completely to the right about 5 times. In addition, use the puff of steam button to flush out the lines.

Different, but I'm loving it

The way the iron moves up and down takes some getting used to but now that I've had it for a while, I love it. I use the iron for sewing a lot and I like the way you just glide the iron off the fabric without tilting it.
I already have an Oliso ironing board cover so I gave the bonus gift to my sister. She was really happy to get a premium quality cover.

Not good iron board cover was used stain on it

All our our ironing board covers are brand new, and we have no idea why this would have happened. We will happily send you a new ironing board cover. These ironing board covers are a bonus free gift however this definitely should not have happened. Thank you
