  • What’s the best cleaning solution to use with the AquaPRO?
    Keep it simple and effective! Mix about 3 drops of dish soap with 1 litre of water. For extra shine, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. This gentle, budget-friendly formula delivers sparkling results without harsh chemicals.

    My AquaPRO pole won’t stay extended or tighten properly. What should I do?

    No worries—this is a common setup question! The AquaPRO pole works like a hiking or painter’s pole. Here’s how to secure it:

    • Hold the pole upright and twist the yellow section clockwise (“righty-tighty”) to lock it in place.
    • Avoid turning the blue center piece—it’s not part of the locking mechanism.
    • If it’s not catching right away, give it a few full turns. Once it’s set, you’ll only need a partial twist to lock or unlock.
    • If the pole is fully extended and won’t tighten, try shortening it slightly (about ½ inch) to expose the internal threading.
    • Still stuck? Tap the end of the pole gently on the floor to help reset the internal mechanism—just like clicking a ballpoint pen.

    • Wipe the blade clean with soapy water and a microfibre cloth.
    • When using the AquaPRO, apply light pressure and slightly bend the blade as you pull it down the surface. This helps maintain full contact and prevents squeaking or streaking.
