My remote is not working. Can you tell me why?
Typically when the candles have very low battery power, the colours cannot change and a dim red light is displayed or the remote will not work. If you are finding that one of the candles is responding to the remote but the other is not, remove the batteries from the working candle and place them in the non-working candle to determine if that is the issue. Alternatively, you can use a battery tester.

My batteries don't seem to last very long.
It is beneficial to physically turn the candles off (the switch at the base) when they are not in use. When the candles are left on, they are constantly checking for any messages from the remote. Physically turning off the candles will greatly increase the length of the battery's life.
