This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to, overheating, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, or improper cleaning. Changes to appearance over time are normal, cosmetic blemishes or surface imperfections should not affect the performance and are not covered under our 25-year warranty. Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product, along with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from Ocean Sales Group Ltd.. Commercial or restaurant use is not covered under this warranty.

Ocean Sales Group Ltd. will replace any damaged products covered by the warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

It’s a hybrid surface designed to support easier cooking and cleanup, without the feel of traditional coatings.

Q: Can I use metal utensils?
To keep the finish looking its best long-term, gentler utensils are recommended, but the set is designed with durability in mind.

Q: What’s the best way to clean them?
Let pots cool, then wash with warm water and mild soap. For stuck-on bits, soak briefly and use a non-abrasive sponge.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand-washing is usually the best way to preserve appearance over time. If you do use the dishwasher, avoid harsh detergents and crowded loads.
