  • My steam mop is not making steam but I can hear the motor.
    Chances are this is an air bubble in the lines. Tap the mop firmly on the floor a few times to get it steaming again.
  • My mop is still not steaming.
    Try running a bit of vinegar through your mop. There may be a mineral build-up from your tap water.
  • My mop has been damaged but it is outside of warranty. Do you offer a repair service?

Not impressed so far

Have used the mop twice. A couple of times the steam has sputtered and stopped. Reclicked the steam button and it corrected. It’s very light so pressure is needed on the shaft to keep it from lifting up on the reverse motion. If there’s anything sticky on the floor it doesn’t remove it easily. I’m curious about every review being 5 stars, even tho 2 reviewers may have bought a lemon.

WOW!

I bought the Steam Mop Ultra about five weeks ago, and I cannot say enough good things about it! I was wowed the first time I used it, and after five weeks, I still get the same WOW effect every time I clean my floors. It does an excellent job on my ceramic and wood floors; much better than I ever did, with a quarter of the effort! So, SO glad I bought it! Do yourself a favour and do the same!

Vadrouille à Vapeur

Nous l’avons acheté d’un démonstrateur chez Costco Lévis à l’automne 2022. Nous l’avons utilisée 3fois et l’avons mis de côté car elle ne produisait plus de vapeur.
En retournant chez Costco en juin 2023, le même démonstrateur était là, il m’a conseillé de communiquer avec la Cie car selon lui s’était un défaut de fabrication.

Great start- Then no steam

I bought the Steam Mop Ultra at the PNE in Sept 2023.
I brought the steam er home and washed the hardwood floor. It worked fine for about 5 minutes then would sporadically steam.
I tried it this morning. The water was in, the heat was on but no steam, just a low pumping sound.

Steam mop

We purchased one when we were at the Calgary Stampede. We've had it for 2 months and it won't turn on. $250 dollars down the drain.
