    Broke the first time I used it

    Took this with me to an outdoor music festival, first time I tried to use it, it collapsed and dumped me on the ground. After a couple of people helped me get up, we examined the stool and found that several of the plastic tabs that lock it in place were missing/broken.

    Updated to compliment the customer service of this vendor. They were quick to respond and replaced my seat under warranty.

    Broken pieces

    I bought mine at a Home Show in Toronto.
    I have severe knee problems from an accident.
    The first time I opened it and sat down, the chair buckeld causing it to collapse.
    I ended up on the floor. I had to get help getting back up.
    Whe we observed the chair we noticed a few of the pieces that grip the chair in place were broken.
    I emailed the company and have not gotten a reply. It's still brand new. It will stand up straight until you sit on it. I was hoping for a replacement.

    I bought this seat at a weekend show and knew it would be handy to have working outside. Love the adjustable heights. I would have given this review a five star but I have arthritis and it is very difficult to open and sometimes, adjusting the height. I have to get someone else to do it for me.
