Ocean Sales is the exclusive dealer for Woll Diamond Lite Pro-Series Cookware. Diamond Lite has a cut and abrasion-resistant Diamond Plus hard-base coating with superior non-stick properties. The base is made of professional, individually cast aluminum unstressed and free of any trapped air pockets. In addition, there is an anticorrosion layer added for extra durability. Each pan can be used on multiple cooking surfaces including induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen. The stainless steel, 8mm induction bottom offers optimum thermal absorption and no distortion (even at high temperatures).
All fry, saut̩é and wok pans come with a removable cast handle which should be removed prior to using in the oven. The removable handle makes for safe lifting, handling, ease of storage and washing. All pots come with two fixed, oven-proof handles (up to 250˚C/480˚F). What makes this line even more unique is the 18/8 brushed stainless steel lids which are oven-proof up to 250˚C/480˚F. Diamond Lite pans/pots also offer an additionally reinforced edge offering high-level shock resistance and no-mess pouring. For energy-efficient, PFOA free cooking, there's nothing quite like the German-made Diamond Lite Pro-Series.

Care & FAQ's
My food is starting to stick to my pot.It is important to heat the pot for 1-2 minutes first. After the pot has heated, add a very small amount of oil just before adding your ingredients. To keep the use of oil/butter minimal (recommended), simply use a paper towel to wipe the pot with your chosen cooking oil. This way the oil will not become volatile from overheating as this can affect the coating. Please be aware of the smoke point of the oil you are using, as again overheating can damage the pot's coating.
I accidentally burnt food in my pot and need to clean it out. After soaking the pot for 1 hour in mild soap and water, we encourage you to use a nylon pad (no harsh abrasives such as an SOS pad) to remove any remaining debris. If this doesn't work, try using a bit of rhubarb; fill the pot with water and the rhubarb and simmer the solution for about 20 minutes to naturally help remove the carbonized food.
