Care & FAQ's

  • My steam mop is not making steam but I can hear the motor.
    Chances are this is an air bubble in the lines. Tap the mop firmly on the floor a few times to get it steaming again.
  • My mop is still not steaming.
    Try running a bit of vinegar through your mop. There may be a mineral build-up from your tap water.
  • My mop has been damaged but it is outside of warranty. Do you offer a repair service?
    Yes, we do; however, it is only available for Plus models. Feel free to contact our office direct at info@oceansales.ca.

Smart Living Steam mop Plus

Had steam mop for less than 6 months. Tried to contact their customer service, and no response from anyone. Product is awful, motor failed after only using 4 times. Do not buy any products from this company. $200.00 later, all I have is a broken steam mop. Thank you Smart Living - I hope you have a few less customers!!!

Steam mopep

Love my mop always worked great today when I plugged it in just making noise like it’s steaming but no steam comes out.seems like the steam parts are plugged any suggestions?

Best Mop Out There!

After many years trying different types of mop that never worked the way I'd expect, I've finally came across thisproduct, watched the amazing demonstrations on it and decided to give it a shot. To my surprise, it works just as promised
and cleans like nothing I've tried before. Also bought the steam mop junior afterwards,
and I quite enjoy the possibilities it gives me to clean remote places, or even use it to steam clothes. A great deal considering what these products can do.

Electrical Plug in end extremely hot!

I love my steam mop but recently the plug in end gets so hot that it burnt my finger!! Has anyone had a similar problem?? The mop is working perfectly just a very hot plug. Should I keep using it??
